Ordered it dec2 they said it would be here for Xmas. Dec 19 they sent a email. They will be shipping in a couple days. They don't respond to emails .don't deal with them .all talk no action.

I was able to buy some really great art work with names on it that attach a deeper meaning. I picked up 2. It took 10-14 days to arrive but came in a box & well protected. I would highly recommend giving this as a gift to someone you know & love.

It has been ten days and I still haven't heard from you that it has been made or shipped out
I ordered one piece never received it (FedEx issue) but customer service was fabulous they gave me 50% discount to reorder my gift. Truly appreciated it.

I am so in love with my purchase!! It's exactly as I expected! I opted for the VIP package and it was DEFINITELY worth it! The whole process took a total of 6 days from the time I placed the order to the day it was delivered! I honestly couldn't be happier with the product, service, time and overall experience with this company! I highly recommend them!!

I placed an order 10/29/20, three canvas for three different family members as Christmas gifts. One canvas had the wrong names. I requested a replacement as it was their mistake, was assured a replacement would be sent. As of today, 1/4/2021, STILL NO CANVAS! They offered a refund of half of my purchase price but in no way does that make up for the fact that I ordered in OCTOBER and still don't have my canvas. No priority was given to my canvas that was printed incorrectly by the company. Awful service and I'll never order from them again!

I've been waiting a month and my order is still in production even when I received an email saying it was shipped but was told today by customer service that email was sent in error.

I order 11-27-20, still have not received, customer service is either automated emails, or excuses. They have deleted the thousands of complaints off their Facebook ads. Hoe this helps you decide.
